Introduction

Mindfulness extends to rocks, trees, stars, anything.

In a quiet, open, flexible mind
there are no boundaries,
just whatever comes to mind.

In Zazen, notice the changing present moment.

Just sit in an upright posture without any gaining notion,
and without trying to get better or get ahead
or to realize anything in particular.

Shikantaza retains Zazen's posture and focus.

Just be present,
just Be
alive, awake, and aware.

These meditations are not based on faith.
Instead Practice, and Being, change:
Experimentally, Experientially, Existentially.
